How reports are used
Every submission starts as unverified information. Experiences are reviewed for recurring problems. Questions are labeled separately and may guide updates to the navigator. Petition and demand-letter suggestions have their own private review queues. Recurring ideas can help shape draft proposals for residents to consider. Questions and suggestions never enter public experience counts, and submissions do not necessarily represent different people.
