What we collect
Your submission type and topic, your text (optional for an experience; required for questions and suggestions), experience choices when applicable, form language, submission day, and privacy-notice version.
We collect only what is needed to understand patterns.

What we do not ask for
Name, unit number, phone number, email address, documents, photographs, or videos. Do not place those details in the story.
Technical data
The form database does not store IP addresses or browser headers. Hosting and security providers may process an IP address, browser signals, time, and other technical data to deliver and protect the site. We therefore do not promise absolute technical anonymity.
How it is used
Every entry begins as an unverified, name-free report. A private reviewer may code, exclude, or delete it. An experience never becomes a fact merely because it was submitted.
Suggestions are not signatures
Petition and demand-letter ideas are stored separately from experiences and questions for private review. Recurring themes may help us prepare draft proposals for residents to consider. Sending an idea does not sign a petition or authorize a letter, and nothing is sent to management automatically. You decide separately whether to participate. We cannot reply directly because we do not collect contact details.
What may be published
Individual submissions are not published. Only reviewed, de-identified experience counts may be shown, with at least five coded experiences in a category. Questions and suggestions never enter these counts. Counts do not establish distinct residents, agreement, or verified incidents.
How long it is kept
Raw text, including questions and suggestions, reaches a deletion review after 90 days. If only a coded experience category remains, it reaches another review after one year. A special hold requires a documented reason.
Deletion
After submitting, you receive a private code. That code lets you request deletion without giving your identity. It cannot retrieve, display, or edit the story.
Tracking and browser signals
We do not install advertising or behavioral analytics and do not try to track your activity across sites. A Do Not Track signal therefore does not change how the form works. Providers may still process technical signals for security and delivery.
Changes to this notice
A material change will appear here with a new version and date before it applies to new reports. We will not retroactively expand the use of reports already received.
Important limits
This is not a maintenance ticket, official complaint, legal notice, or emergency service. Information is not sold, used for advertising, or automatically sent to management or an agency.
Status Version 2: August 30, 2026. Applies to new submissions after this notice is published. Earlier submissions keep their original privacy-notice version.
