Make your review useful

Use your own words about what you experienced: when it happened, what you asked for, and what happened next. Include positives where they fit.
Separate what you saw from what you were told. Leave out names, unit numbers, and other people’s private details.
Check what will be displayed before posting. RentCafe says resident portal reviews can be tied to a lease-linked account; do not assume they are anonymous.
